It is actually a product called Rigid Wrap, like what they used to wrap casts on broken arms. We made a form out of a corregated box cut up and taped together, then used the wrap to cover it. It was a fun project. We worked on it every evening for a week to sew and stuff the pants and tail, which you can't see in this picture. But I know he won't trick or treat many more years, so we wanted to make it great.
Glad you liked it!
